This is the new web site of the State of Oregon. The Goverment
section has information on Oregon law and government agencies.
This site describes
the laws and procedures administered by BOLI, and its Civil Rights
Division, that prohibit employment discrimination due to
race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age (18 and older), mental and
physical disability, and
retaliation. BOLI also administers the Oregon Family Leave Act.
